RIV//LUX SIGN — Electronic Records and Signature Disclosure

Rivlux Media ("we," "us") uses an electronic signing system ("RivluxSign") to send, sign, and store agreements.

By checking the consent box on the signing page, you agree that:

1. Electronic signing. You consent to sign this document electronically, and to receive records related to it electronically. Your electronic signature is legally binding, the same as a handwritten signature, under the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state law.
2. What we record. To create a verifiable record of signing, the system records your name and email, the time of each event (viewed, consented, signed), your device's network (IP) address and browser identifier, and a cryptographic checksum (SHA-256) of the exact document you signed.
3. Your copy. After all parties sign, a completed copy with its signature certificate is emailed to you and available for download. You may request an additional copy at any time by emailing hello@rivluxmedia.com.
4. Paper option. You may request a paper copy of this document, or decline to sign electronically and sign on paper instead, by contacting us at hello@rivluxmedia.com before signing. Requesting paper copies does not affect any agreement you have already signed electronically.
5. Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw your consent to receive future records electronically by emailing hello@rivluxmedia.com. Withdrawal does not affect documents already signed.
6. System requirements. You need a current web browser with JavaScript enabled, a valid email address, and the ability to view and retain HTML documents. If you can read this page, your system qualifies.
7. Keep your email current. Notify us of email address changes at hello@rivluxmedia.com so we can deliver your records.
